No Go Riot Zone

I was thinking about this last night after seeing some semi trucks burned to the ground.

 

If you go in don't stop , like old New York used to be, red lights, slowdown but dont stop,

 

Areas around LA. Basically any major city could erupt at any time.

 

I intentionally went 20 miles out of my way at 4AM this morning to avoid driving through Oakland CA. There were some streets blocked and looting going on a few hours earlier, and I'm not going to wind up like Reginald Denny.

 

It's not looking good anywhere.

 

My dad told me that they are protesting in Hammond, Indiana the cops aren’t allowing any traffic thru on Calumet Ave off I-80/94. For anyone that isn’t familiar with Hammond, Indiana it’s about 30 mins east of Chicago and near Gary, Indiana. No reports of looting there yet.

 

I have a truck going to the Bronx for Monday morning delivery. I think we should stage outside the city even if it means being late. Crazy that Ft Wayne and I guess now Hammond is having these problems. I think no matter the city none of us should leave trucks in them overnight until this calms down.

 

I agree with you a 100%. My company wants to send me out to Camden, South Carolina later tonight. I’m trying to find out if there’s any protesting going on in the Columbia, SC area
