That remains to be seen. FedEx released a carefully lawyered statement. Wouldn't be so well written if their response was "we fired the bum."
Now, if you had a package on that truck, what do you think their response is for that?
(BTW, I used to work for a law firm years ago and FedEx was the go to for documents. What do you suppose the liability would be if any confidential information was obtained from this heist? Meh, looters probably wouldn't know what to do with it. Just a thought.)

If you folks manage to find the actual FedEx vs protestor video (the raw footage one) I think you'll notice that the brakes were locked on the pup and he was dragging it down the street. Dip#### had already managed to get the airlines off.
