Bull****,they weren’t doing that and again, people have been injured or killed.
See the Breonna Taylor case for reference.
(no-knock warrant, wrong house, suspect was already in custody elsewhere)
There have been numerous cases where the police have raided the wrong house serving warrants and innocent people have injured or killed.

Quit blaming the police for the problems in these communities that seem to think they are being Profiled or Harrassed by the police. The root of the problem is a missing father figure for a huge percentage of these homes. That's the main issue.

So you are right we know how to fix it, they just choose not to and then inturn want to place the blame game on the rest of society.

A note from my friend Steve in MSP

I'm generally opposed to the use military troops for combat operations on domestic soil and I'm vehemently against the militarization of our police. Soldiers are trained to deal with enemy combatants, not civilians. I still hold those views, but what I've seen today has given me a different perspective. I do not think the military mindset has any place in domestic policing, but today I realized that the our domestic law enforcement officers are more militarized than our National Guard.
I was there when the semi barreled into the demonstrators on the I-35 bridge today and I ran in to provide aid. Thankfully, there were no serious injuries.
Then the forces arrived. The semi was stopped, most people had cleared out, the stragglers were just sort of milling about, very calm. The National Guard humvees rolled up in a straight line at a reasonable speed, the soldiers stepped out with their rifles at the low ready and calmly surveyed the scene. The MPD and Sheriff SUVs came in at freeway speeds, spread randomly across the road, swerving around people, forcing demonstrators to run out of the way, and spraying pepper spray out their windows as they went by. When they stopped and exited their vehicles, the first person out started calling out targets and as the others exited they pointed their rifles at us. Not non-lethal weapons, actual assault rifles. Picture the scene, most people had fled by this point. The ground was littered with abandoned posters and water bottles and a surprising number of sunglasses. A few stragglers were gathering their belongings or assisting the injured, some people just sat on the ground sobbing. Roughly a half dozen crushed bikes littered the road. Most people were in shock trying to process what had just happened. Then we had multiple assault rifles pointed at us by cops with their fingers on the triggers.
The National Guardsmen continued to stand calmly by, you could tell they were alert and ready, but also that they had assessed and fully understood the situation. They knew, and more importantly respected the rules of engagement. And I was surprised to find myself wishing for more soldiers and fewer cops at that scene. The soldiers know what a real enemy is. They are prepared to defend themselves and their community, but do not WANT to use force, they are not looking for an excuse to justify violence, they are actively trying to keep the peace. So thank you to all the Guardsmen out there keeping the peace right now. If only you could protect us from MPD.

Sorry. I have no sympathy for the mobs. Watch the Reginald Denny video to see why I think any driver would be justified in flooring it to make it through.

Looking at my Facebook feed and even very Blue party people want military on the streets, because they got super scared that rioting will spread into their nice suburbs.
I called around bunch of local stores today, wanting to buy my first gun and all the stores are out of Glocks. Literally there is not a single any model Glock available. Unbelievable
