No Go Riot Zone

Yep. Many people have a notion that if they brandish a firearm, other people will immediately do what the brandisher tells them to do. I blame television and movies.

To quote Jimmy Hoffa as portrayed in the movie "The Irishman" by Al Pacino: "You rush a gun. A knife, you run away."

 

A few years back, a friend and I were riding around one Saturday afternoon. We stopped at this tavern across the street from the courthouse. The protesters came walking down the sidewalk with their chant. Their leader had a megaphone, and climbed to the top of the stairs to address the massive crowds. The leader went on and on about the ‘evil white man.’

 

Well the individuals who were Peaceful Protesting in my little town of Naples Florida this past Monday, and are now arrested, are now crying about the high bail amounts.

Welcome to Naples. If a Police officer tells you to stop doing the stupid thing you are doing and you don’t.

You win free meals and housing until you can get out.

 

Same in SRQ, so my family'in'laws say. Wife's from there.

 

Some people are naturally stupid, then there are those who get higher educational degrees and work at it.
