I don't beleave the school will give you a drug teast,unless it is company sponsered... anyways when you do get with a company, your current medical card will be void, do to the fact the company will make you take there own drug test.... And the medical card they gave you by mistake, is not your medical card, and you would be stupid to use it...... And yes if it is the same place THEY ARE REQUERED my law to report it.. another thing i am not certen but i think they also have to report it to the goverment, it may already be on your record, i am not sure tho..... I do know if you are not with a company if they have to report it.. If you were with a company you would never be hired by a company again, because they have to report it,,,, if you have a failed drug test on your dap report, there are very few companys that will hire you,if any.....if i were you i would finf out if it is on your dap already, before you waste the money....the moral of all this is stay clean..........good luck

 

REMEMBER THIS IS JMO here but, you have been given the wrong card, so the right thing to do is to turn it in, secondly, you did not pass a drug test so given your drug history and the fact that you are openly considering using a card that was given to you in error, I really would'nt want you to become a driver, how many other things are you going to do that are just WORNG?

I am not saying this to cause a flame situation but to express JMO, being responsible for a big rig is much more important than saying hey guys you goofed lets fix this paper work............

 

That's what i was trying to get acrossed to him.... his post has bothered me since he wrote it, and i agree fully... and to newguy please do not get mad, but i take my job very serious, and take the safety of other's on road VERY serious, that being said i do not doubt your ability to drive A truck I just think you should wait until you are sure you have kicked the habit. 3 months is not long enough in my opion, It would be irresponsiple of me to alow you to risk the life of anyone, by telling you you should go ahead and get Your cdl, You might not like it, and others might not like it.
But the simple fact is my family and million's of other's family's travel the road every day.. it will be alot easyer to say good bye to my girlfriend in the moarning nowing you are not on the road... it is ARE RESPONSABILTY AS PRO. DRIVER TO ENSURE THE SAFTY OF THE MOTORING PUBLIC.

I dont care if I hurt your feelings or not...........THC is stored in your fat cells....A person with a low percentage of body fat will store it for around 30 days.......at 275 pounds you have a high percentage of fat cells.....you may carry it for years......

That being said, with THC in your system, you have no business driving anything much less a big truck.......Test clean and that is a different story....

Now lets look at your ethics....they suck....you are the type of person who refuses to take responsibility for your actions.
You should work on being a better person while you're cleaning your act up....a guy like you will probably only stop smoking long enough to get a clean test anyway.

This industry already has enough druggies and morons in it...........why would any of us want you?
