Awesome, if you run into any more issues let me know, have modified my circuit board behind the jockey box if it still gives you fits.

Fuel sender has been a pain in ###. Not accurate at all. I found one on line for 115.00. I am gonna replace it, have taken it in and out a few times. No luck on accurate reading

Your issue is not exactly the tank level sending unit. There is a balance valve that goes bad. I did hand valves on mine and just stuck the tanks for awhile til they maintained a level. The fuel is picked up from both tanks. Least mine is.

Hey Chris. Hope all is well. I am in Chicago, I think after 13 years I might need a new one. When it gets down to a 1/4 tank it still has 90 gallons. 115.00 on parts geek

1/4 tank when you physically put a stick in the tanks or on the gauge? I have never replaced the measuring gauge in the tank. I’ve only lost the “balance” valves. I keep a wooden stick to verify my tank levels.

Hey Chris my gauges acted up again. It tends to happen after it’s been raining. I am gonna check power box again. Is there a ground I should check out. Ty drive safe

My issues involved the power or positive wires that go to the computer board behind the jockey box. It’s the top plug that has terrible connectors. This is what caused almost all my gauge issues and the issues of the truck just shutting off going down the road. The fuel valve is under the sleeper. Goes from tank to tank. It’s a balance valve.
