    Just got the bolt kit from Rush. Going to give it a shot next week.

    Has new bushings and for some reason the right side sits prefect but the left stays like this. Any idea ?

    Nope...bought the front hinge hardware but other issues have kept me from doing the work.

    If OPs front, rubber bushings are shot, I'd start there. Mine had pretty much disintegrated. Whatever they were supposed to do wasn't gettin' done.

    @wore out may have some ideas. I would look at the hood roller on that side and make sure it’s not binding up. @pushbroom saw a Peterbilt one time... I think ;)
