Pete 579. All info says to phase driveshaft that the ears on both ends must line up. Dealer says some trucks set up at factory could be 90 degrees off each other like a Plus sign. Mine are about 40 degrees from each other. Think ill try the perfectly lined up method unless someone knows better on a 2016 579 pete.

Intermediate shaft between axles will look wrong and phased 45* from the factory and is correct.
Main drive line should be in line.

Driveline vibrations will not change when braking. You most likely have something going on in a wheel end.
Driveline vibrations will usually change accell to decell.
