I hope that recruiter statement wasn't aimed at me. You're off by a mile. I'm certainly not a recruiter just a guy who still is considering this that works a regular non driving job.
I also live in WI and I don't know if Raider Express even comes up here.
He's happy with his job so again that makes 1 of you 2. Obviously you're not so it's all his fault.

From your posts here I don't think you're happy with anything. It has been a lot of whining about somebody else and some other company keeping you from running more miles because they're in your way. You seem to need a tissue or several.
As I said in my first post. Good luck to both of you.

Oh wow someone who works a desk job thinks they can understand the problems that other trucking companies cause
Are you forced to work no more than 70 hours a week drive 11 hours a day driving slow accelerating vehicle to work everyday

Your ignorance shows again. So in your world everyone that isn't a driver works a desk job. Once again a swing and a miss. I don't work in an office building however I am a supervisor where I work which still doesn't matter. I'm out working with my guys far more than I'm at a desk.
I do deal with the public as well so I've learned not to argue with idiots because there's a never ending supply.

Have a nice day if you can. I'm going to look at other stuff like where I'm going to go on vacation later this summer.
This will be my last post with you as this informative thread needs to get back on track as it's fallen off the rails. Sorry about that Mods.
    Good luck Big Rig Max.

I am an idiot thank you for reminding me I always appreciate it when someone lets me know what I am true helpful. A dumb guy like me doesn't know what I am and I really do rely on really smart guys like you to tell me.

Did you work for them? I defended them because it's a dumb reason to trash them. Them going slow doesn't effect me. I'm not going to get on here and trash my company, that's a bad habit that many members on here do. I don't understand it. It's nothing wrong with working at any of these companies. They are out here making a living just like you and I, so to me, you aren't just trashing a company, you're trashing a bunch of people you don't know because of their choice of workplace. I looked them up on their website, and to be honest, I see why drivers would go their. Is cpm the highest? No. My assumption is that drivers run big miles every week, probably north of 2500 looking at their main service area. Hell 2500, maybe a slow week for them. Anyway, if someone is happy, don't rain on their parade driver.

Preach my brother. You mentioned load planning, that's another thing worth talking about too. If you have really good load planners, those that can look at your clock and gameplan to perfection, that means everything too. Not every company has the ability to load plan. We are governed at 65, and I've the same trucks pass me 3 or 4 times in a day, and that's sometimes before I do 500 miles in a day. The thing is they clown your company for going 60 mph, but if you run 10 hrs, that's still 600 miles, a full day of driving. You've covered a lot of ground.

Just wanted to add something about Raider Express-
Their school is now free for Texas Residents, no contracts or payment required(aside from DMV fees). Great option if you live in the DFW area!!

Hotel room isn’t covered, neither are meals. Automatic trucks also, which means the restriction.

And sometimes you get lucky & receive NO RESTRICTION

Raider treating me really well too. Ofc, I'm doing my job & what's asked of me like I or any driver should.
