That property is our property and we deserve repayment for its destruction.

Endless community service with a 30 percent interest on it for non serving in a specified time.

If their living at home come after their parents for restitution.

they are trying to flee, to AVOID violence, NOT continue any or start any.

yeah, i'd be sick and tired too if this happened to me, but she was WRONG in shooting someone IN THE BACK ....FLEEING....

she can (and most likely will now) face attempted murder charges, deadly assault charges, just for starters.

she most likely WILL lose her store, all for a bottle of booze, and NO ACTUAL CONFRONTATION to her PERSONAL SAFETY

shooting someone in the back was considered a very cowardly act....no one respected you when you did that.

oh, i think she was fed up for sure. i can't say however that what she did will let her get off free.

Idaho handled it best so far, Although I think its a shame for your country to have to protect it self in this fashion. It certainly worked. Here in Rosamond they called for a protest for the shooting of a scumbag that committed kidnapping then shot at Police. There was a good amount of residence that lined the parking lot , seemed the protestors just pulled through and got back on the freeway south.

 

I hate criminals and I’m frustrated by the B.S. that lets them get off.

That being said, if you’re not going to be a responsible gun owner, you have no business with a concealed carry permit.

She’s not a hero or a victim. She’s as much of a criminal as that A - hole security guard who nearly killed that driver at the West Oklahoma City T/A several months back.

 

She has a right to defend her property, she is the only one who can really make the call. You can come and try to steal out of my home or garage and let me know how it works out for you. There is something wrong when you do not have the right to defend your property. These thugs are taking over because people are letting them.

 

The whole despicable thing about it is the law protects the criminal. Not the victim. You get robbed and call the police, they file a report. You're SOL. Why should shooting the punk in the back matter?
