I just got a call from bugman milk hauling. no, its not a huge company but it's run by a decent owner. he offers double pay on holidays, quarterly safety bonus, and profit sharing at 6% of my gross pay.... this is a retirement plan. he has other bonuses like a $600 Christmas bonus, he has decent equipment. he sells trailers and buys new when they are 6 years old. my wife's cousin is working there and he's pretty content. I have known the owner for a number of years, I used to receive his milk at the plant I used to work at. he always seemed like a good guy. the owner's name is jeff, he also strictly only buys manual shift trucks. if you have a license restriction or cannot shift a truck, you cannot work for him.
he manages milk transportation for a total of 36 farms, I would learn about 10 farms..... all within Wyoming county (county I live in)
looks like i might be going to a new job soon
