K & B transportation

I’m not one of those drivers who has to advertise to the world how much I make. That’s personal. I know you meant no harm by the question though so it’s cool. The amount I make is good enough for me and my family and we’re comfortable. I just don’t believe in advertising how much I make because these things have a habit of turning into a super trucker peeing match.

 

i worked for them too. good company. left only because terminal was 40 miles from my house.

 

K & B is garbage they are a company to outright stay away from… Look at their history they harass drivers when the drivers are trying to get rest even going to the extent of calling the cops on the drivers.... And any company that you apply at one day and the next day they want to fly you out to orientation pretty much told y’all need need to know....Desperate companies with high turnover rates Are generally a bad sign

There’s a shortage of drivers in our industry. EVERY company out there is desperate for a driver to fill in their trucks. Just because a company brings you aboard that first doesn’t mean it’s a bad company. I don’t work for K&B anymore but there’re 640+ PROFESSIONAL drivers currently working there. It’s not that terrible for those drivers, because they’re making it work FOR THEM.

 

Bs... there is NO SHORTAGE... if there was wages would be thru the roof....

Yes I’m serious...there is no shortage of drivers..just because co’s can’t keep drivers because of their ignorance doesn’t make it a shortage...if there was a shortage, then freight rates would soar and co drivers would be paid north of .65mi period..

Even the DEPARTMENT OF LABOR,of all FEDERAL AGENCIES,said there was NO SHORTAGE and SPECIFICALLY told those cheapskate trucking companies to INCREASE THE PAY....
