What if it Snows?

Does that mean... "Hey quit snoring so loud down there!!!"...???.... Lol

 

Just finished signing all the paper work for an offer on another house...

Only about 1/4 acre... Slightly less sq. footage than the first... WAY nicer home... WAY farther out of town, about a 35 min drive. And the asking price is much more agreeable. I told the wife we will do everything in our power to get this home... We both really like it. She went and looked at it with her mother, and our agent today. I will go see it in person later this week after I get home.

 

Sometimes those missed opportunities just point you in the right direction.

Yep... The wife kept getting mad saying that we would never find something in good condition we could afford outside city limits... I said we just need to look more. Then low and behold she found this place... Our agent said the only reason it hasnt sold already is that it is so far out of town... If it was 15 miles closer it probably would have sold in the first week on the market... I said that I could go for another 15 or 30 miles FARTHER from town... Lol

Its probably going to require that we use alot more cash to keep the amount we finance down so we can afford the monthly payment... But being out in the sticks in a house my wife absolutely loves makes it all worth it.

I wish I was loaded like @Dave_in_AZ ... He could probably pay cash for any of the places we have been looking at... Lol

As it sits my wife and I are both completely liquidating our retirement funds from previous employers to make this happen.

 

So a car hauler just parked next to me... And suddenly it smells like fried corn tortillas.... And I'm way in the back corner of the lot at the Petro in Laramie... No where near anything that should remotely smell like food...

 

If you so much as go to the West Coast. You should see this. I didn't know about Cascadia. Very very interesting.
