I had the same symptoms, body ache, dry cough. When they put me through the CAT scan (full body) they determined that Ihad had pnuemonia. It is a virus so if the little curtain climbers are coming over, might be wise to get yourself checked and get the antibiotics started if it is pnuemonia so you can possibly prevent lung scarring.

 

Good Luck, with the house, and the mortgage. Hopefully you can put enough down to avoid mortgage insurance, without taking too much from retirement accounts. Then there’s always decorating, New house, New furniture. It’s hanging curtains that kills Me, I’d rather dig a septic system by hand, as hang curtains.
