I felt that last part in my soul. Chicago will always be the mecca for pizza.

I've heard horse meat is used in dog food. I don't know if that is true or not. But there's always the glue factory and whatever else can be made from horses.

I remember thinking i learned my lesson and called myself ordering a small thin crust pizza, made sure it was thin crust thinking that thin crust wouldn’t be deep dish. And I remember the disappointment hitting hard when the delivery man handed me the box and I tried to grab it with one hand... the second the box hit my hand I was like

Gotta get that CHEESE on there! Just when you think there couldn't possibly be more cheese, we add extra cheese. And then when the delivery guy brings your order, he brings you MORE cheese, and spicy stuff.

One place gave me a free meatball Alfredo pasta dinner with the pizza. It’s one of those I appreciate it but what am I gonna do with all this food. Cause one Chicago style deep slice is enough for dinner lol at that point I was happy I had a fridge

My one and only trucking job was hauling milk for 15 months even though I had originally trained and got my cdl with a mega flatbed carrier out of Gary.

The little 50 truck company i worked for I think made the job even more enjoyable than what fellow drivers doing the job with other companies , though everyone got along and seemed content.

A lot of waiting and you have to give up 3 hours loading or unloading for free and than after that $19 an hour.

Some drop and hook but mostly picked up at our company owned farm and hauled to dairies 3-400 miles away.

Hauled creme And condensed out of the dairy in our backyard also.

Only non driving work involved was you had to hook a dairy hose up and than disconnect when done pumping.

Super easy job and the money wasn’t bad. I made 43 cpm and with accessory pay always took home a $1000 a week with out to many miles or working too hard.

    Tanker work ruins you.

You found your home If you can make money out there I would rather live there than Michigan or the east coast.

Weren’t you looking at Montana also?

Property ry taxes on a 130 thousand dollar property in Michigan is going to run 200 a month.

Sales tax is 6% and income tax is 4.25.

Car insurance is expensive as is fuel. Your heating bill will be horrendous in the sticks because you will be on propane.

We pay 2400 a season for my mother in-laws

Biggest problem with Michigan is the lack of sunshine during the winter. It lives right under the jet stream pretty much all the time.

30 days straight of no sun is common, there has been times of almost 90 days no sun.

Michigan can be beautiful July and August maybe even September if you get lucky.

October is hit or miss as is June.

If you buy a house up there in Michigan you may as well plan on never selling it.

That house I showed you of my mother-in-law’s has been on the market for 3 years for what she paid for it 12 years ago

Nice open beam built home on a salmon creek and 3 acres with a 30 by 60 pole barn 149.
