If you got a warning theres nothing to fight. As far as your governed speed, well I have driven lots of trucks with governor on the speed and had no problem getting them to exceed the governed speed , slight down hill would do it.

Great OFF Road Trails for Jeep and Motorcycling.
    Thousands of Boondocking spots..
Not many humans in the Mountains. (and the ones I have met, very humble and respectful.)

I think you were riding a hill and got nicked for it. Virginia and West Virginia are known for having a trooper behind a tall bush at the bottom of a hill they live for that especially in the 60 zones.

Ok note to self: West Virginia does not allow big trucks to go 11 over the speed limit.

    That's good to know.

alds, kylefitzy, Rideandrepair and 2 others Thank this.

    1) Trucks are held to different standards than cars. In Ohio they pull trucks over for 1 Mph over the limit.

    2) Officers will zap a car next to you then pull the truck over for that speed. Old trick but being used more now.
