I'm willing to go just about anywhere if the price is right, and there have been some great paying loads heading east out of California, but darn near nothing that pays coming back. So I stick with the I-5 and it works out most of the time.

I've been busy with a lot of CA to CA this week. Seems like things are opening up a little more there.

Yes absolutely it has been opening up here. I just wish there were some backhauls to get me home on those loads. I still have my contract clients in the PNW that can generally get me a good paying load home, but it keeps me on the same lane every week and gets boring. I haven't been off of the west coast since December. I'm almost longing for a winter driver across Wyoming.

    PPLC Thanks this.

If anybody is in the west right now looking for a good load heading to Texas or the east coast, and if you have your alcohol permits for the states that need them, there are some good loads on Convoy right now. Dry van or reefer.

    Wow!

I gotta say I've had an excellent week too. Left Tuesday night and have almost busted $4k on something like 1250 miles. Maybe one of my best ever.

I'm over 12k for the month (gross) and have been home 3 days almost every weekend.

I'd like to see a 20k month since I haven't had hardly any since late 2018.

Well I gotta say that TQL load I picked in the afternoon yesterday went smooth as butter.

Delivered this morning, no issues whatsoever on either end. I used their tracking app as requested, no one bothered me at all.

Paid me $1200 on 335 miles. Maybe TQL isn't so bad after all :)

Interesting, if the freight volume is lower, does it mean a lot of trucks got out or are they just sitting at home collecting unemployment and will bring the capacity back in two weeks?
