When we got back together, we didn't necessarily know what made us happy. But we knew what made us unhappy. That's an important thing to learn.

Yesterday was the 10-year anniversary of our second marriage, so I think it took this time.

You’ll both be very happy, the older you get. I found this out. I think we just ran out of things to argue about. It’s good to be with someone you know well, and visa versa. It means a lot, now. Got to look at the whole picture.Looking back, it seems very clear. Glad to hear you didn’t throw it all away.

I think seeing a dead driver laying next to his drivers side steps at the Russel Road TA , of a apparent Heart Attack.
Never have forgot burnt into my memory bank forever.

Ha! I have a friend ( he's retired now) who has been married 7 times. One of those he was dumb enough to marry twice. I guess some people are just slow learners.

I watched several deputies bust out a window and go inside a parked tractor at a TS in Texas back in the 90s. A long process that took a while. Ended with the EMTs taking the man off to the morgue I guess. I have seen other deaths over the years. It's a simple fact, stay in this business long enough you will too. My father watched a driver shoot and kill another at a small TS. Started as an argument on the CB, that time the other person was far from a Radio Rambo. Funny thing, my father was never called to be a witness.

Yeah ill piggyback off that . Happened to me back in february. Got the call my 16 year old cousin died in car accident and 2 of his friends. I was in rochelle , il at the petro ..... Somehow i made it home to arizona for the funeral. The thing was i had turned down atleast 5 different loads and 2 more got cancelled before i finally booked a load to california... if i wouldve taken any of those 7 other loads, there was no way i couldve got home. And that all happened before i got the call. Crazy how stuff just happens like that.
