Had a 93 Benson, ran it for 13 yrs. Never cracked or broke up. But that was before fontaine bought into them and cheapened them up.

 

I was working on my back squat. I worked up to my previous PR, got it unracked and down to parallel. Just couldn't get it up more than 4" so had to put it down on the safety bars

Sounds like I'm on the right track for the most part. I think my error was the lack of recovery. I'm on my feet all day at work so was already at a disadvantage before I walked in. I give myself a good minute between sets, maybe some more recovery time would be beneficial? I already go in with no music. Can't concentrate with it playing.

I definitely need to get back into the cardio. Up until a month ago I was running about 20k a week. Apart from a mile on the treadmill now and then and a weekend burn on the trails on my bike I've not done any cardio. I need to make that more of a priority for sure.

I've obviously deeply offended everyone with a blatant disrespect for the bovine that giveth this porterhouse. The brave sacrifice only to be mutilated into small bite sized pieces, tossed into a skillet of olive oil, garlic, butter, salt, black pepper, red pepper flake, & seared to bloody rare center. Only then, to be forced to share the stage with these filthy mushrooms from the other side of the tracks.. There was even some corn.. From a CAN.!!!

I pledge to never allow these atrocities toward the bovine community, the group of #5, & most importantly my family to EVER happen again!!

Thank you for giving this once in a lifetime opportunity for redemption..

Then you must buy one for everyone you offended on here, and i mean everyone !
