    Knew a guy that was overconfident and ready to turn some wheels . Didn’t even last 3 months and that was training for him. I’ll take baby steps with this industry and learn as much you can from the right people

    Just take it one at a time, corners, docks, miles, years and pretty soon its been 3 million of something and I forget the rest..... If its not bad enough to stop the truck its not really an accident, Seemed good when I learned it anyway.

    I was immortal too until August last year. This accident damaged my neck. Such an important part of my body hurts that it affects me physically and emotionally. Neck pain goes up in the base of the head, and goes down to shoulders and shoulder blades. Very important part of body hurts. Wish it was a damaged knee or elbow or something. It wouldn't affect my life that much. But I am still hopeful. I have felt something like 30% improvement in the last month. It is getting better. A friend says these injuries take more than 2 years to fully and that I should stay patient and strong. My injury has been only one year. I need to be patient. I brisk walk for an hour every day and do my physical therapy exercises.

    You ever seen someone who hasn't ever driven a truck ask about becoming an Owner Op or doing a lease purchase? You can talk to them until you are blue in the face and you know that they are unable to listen. And you try to figure out why they can't understand what you are saying. They believe that we are idiots and with their superior intellect, they will be more successful than you and me and will easily avoid the pitfalls that have taken down so many others.

    I meet these guys all the time when I pull into a parkinglot with some big OSOW load. They come up to me with their questions and I answer them, and you can see it in their eyes...they actually believe after a 5 minute conversation, they can do what I do. If you are my equivalent, why are you asking me questions?

    Hahaha. My $1,200 stimulus money is still in my account. I have friends who are healthy and fine and chose unemployment. While I am busting my ### delivering food every day despite the pain in my neck and shoulders. Some people are just lazy. They like free money you know.
