I'd say the first thing this guy should do if nobody in Florida wants to fix the obvious mistake they made is to look up Mark Levin on his website online, call his show, send an email. I'm sure he'd have a field day with this one.
Can any state pull your CDL for dui from 15yr before you got your CDL? They just did!!!!

No idea on the legal side, but I wonder if you can circumvent the whole legal issue by filing a small claims case? Much quicker, cheaper, and anyone with half a brain can look at this case and determine Mass is wrong.
Second, if you don’t feel “any” driver will be trustworthy, jump in the truck with them as a rider. Keep the business rolling, you need the income.born&raisedintheusa Thanks this. -
So let's get this crap straight ...
You lived in that god forsaken state from '78-'99?
Right?
You moved to Florida in '99 and then got two dui?
Your dui happened in Florida, no where else.
Right?
Now you got your cdl in 2019 and have been clean ... right?
So this is where I see the problem, mass doesn't have jurisdiction over this matter because you are not a citizen is mass for 21 years. If you were a citizen when the duis took place, then maybe.
Their claim is invalid and really this is a federal matter, not a state one because they are screwing with anither state's citizen.
Florida is the state you need to deal with, not mass, Florida issued the cdl, they are the only one who can reinstate it and they are accepting a false claim of another state that you have not been a citizen of 19 years.
Get a Florida lawyer, also talk to a lawyer about suing mass for damages in federal court.born&raisedintheusa Thanks this. -
mostly, i do have to have a mass laywer to go to the rmv appeals for me, he agrees, mass has no right to do this, yet they are they only ones that can change it, florida sees this as an out of state suspension and say i must deal with mass, even though i dont live there, not licenced there, didn't get dui there, and didnt get my CDL there.....Last edited: Jul 25, 2020

when i call i always get the same girl, she is less than kind, and would disagree, she will say i dont know what i am talking about and am disqualified for life countrywide....
and mass doesnt have the right, they were allowed access to my fl dmv records for "historical purposes only" when i returned to mass in 2009-2011, the issue is mass just got its nationwide computers update and received my record from fl. from there a computer automatically assesses the disqualification and the rmv staff cant touch it... pure bsborn&raisedintheusa Thanks this. -

2) The people in charge, in the state of Massachusetts, simply do NOT have the will or desire to take the heat for their past mistakes, or any bad decisions made to cover up those mistakes. It is a whole lot easier for them to rake people through the coals, to save themselves.
