What's a lil deadhead between friends?

 

Doc told me the same thing. I was drinking a 34 oz thermos plus another two, sometimes three, 12 oz cups a day.

 

I'm gonna brew a pot of decaf in a minute. Want to test out something I saw 2day.

 

My issue with coffee is it started giving me crazy heartburn. I'm down to 2 cups in the morning now and that's it.

 

My girl found thst half-calf doesn't give her heartburn

 

Well today was a busy day. Rebuilt a hydraulic breaker hammer. Put it out the door to test it and boy does that sucker hit like a SOB. Have a 3" thick chunk of steel to put the tool bit against so it doesn't dry fire and that sucker put a nice gouge in it. Probably 1/2" deep!

 

Daughter's BF stopped by with a low tire. Parked on the new blacktop (hours old) and cranked his wheel. I politely told him not to, it would tear #### up - it's fresh. Got him to pull up to the shop and sprayed his wheel and valve stem with soap - valve stem is leaking. I said you wanna pop that off? I have new stems. Nope, called mommy to have her fix it, then backed up and parked on my new asphalt and hopped in my daughter's car. Hello?!? My God, she's going to marry this one just to keep me on blood pressure meds... I can't entirely fault him for lack of commonsense since the head on his shoulders isn't calling any shots right now, but the lack of initiative kills me.

 

Ever since my daughter bought me a coffee pot for the shop last Christmas, production has been off just a bit. I'll make a couple pots almost everyday I'm there.

I popped back in last night. Been busy, among other things, and just didn't have enough hours in the day.
