Indian police

A lot of the larger tribes and reservations down here have their own law enforcement agencies. There are good ones and bad ones but unless you do something really stupid on a reservation property or anyplace else they have jurisdiction you probably won't ever deal with them.
The biggest mistake I see is when people don't take an American Indian officer seriously, and belittle, insult, or try to marginalize him in any way. The outcome is almost always bad.

 

Does it matter if i was on a rez or not..Its what i quoted you as saying..
But if you need to know...nawwww ill let ya stew on it..Your pot is noiling as is so ill leave you to settle and maybe start ya up again later..

Where show me that i did so....Its your reactions that made me realize that your wired up..It wasnt my initial intent...It started as a discussion...Then you had to go all personal and hurt my feelings...Thats when i thought "Dang the dude got all wired up"..

In that instance(pic of the cop from the rez) its not raciest at all but if op woulda done the same or even worded it differently then it might have been a different outcome...
To me the way it was worded and how the discussion continued,he came of with saying something that sounded a lil raciest..

 

So you'd also be offended if he asked what's the lingo for rail police or campus police? Cuz that's EXACTLY all he did.

 

I deliver to Harrahs Cherokee Casino in NC, the Golden Moon in MS, and other casinos that lie within Native American reservations. They absolutely have their own police forces and sometimes fire departments.

The OP was obviously talking about the patrol car, not the occupant. Anyone butt-hurt about that is a very fragile individual
