Sirscrapntruckalot - Friends are like potatoes. When you eat them, they die. - This bit of "wisdom" was brought to you by the internet.

The loaded trailers are sealed... But I have snagged a few from whats left in the empty trailer after unloading... Usually a few hundred pounds of spuds left in the trailer after they get dumped. Most of them go to the Blue Beacon dumpster, or thier employees take them home (if they are smart enough to think to do so)

If I really want potatoes I can get them for free... Just have to drive my pick down the road to a local farmers cellar who lets me get what I need.

    Here's the bigger question...

What's the best kind of fry?

    Crinkle cut?
    Steak cut?
    Curly?
    Fast food style?
    shoe-string cut?
    Waffle?
    Seasoned?

I was going to include the wedge fry but it seems to me to be more like a tater tot. A class of it's own.

    To many choices.

Sirscrapntruckalot - The correct answer is all of them.

Home fries... Cut from Norkotah Gold potatoes. Simply wash, cut thick fries with skin left on, deep fry until golden brown, salt to taste, serve while still hot

It was not broken. So I guess it hasn't been fixed.

Vlad, not being able to read Engrish so well, has tried to cut in front of everyone at this DC using the in house truck line, rather than the outside carrier line.

This has now caused a HUGE MANATEE.
