If people learn how a sleep apnea test is scored and how they tell if you have it might not be a big mystery.
You have to stop breathing for 10 seconds or more for it to count as a sleep apnea Event. If you do that 5 time or more per hour. You have sleep apnea. Some people can have 15 or 30 or 60 or 90+ Events of not breathing per hour. So take someone who has 40 EVENTS. That's 40*10 second is 400 second per hour they are not breathing. 400/60 seconds is 6.5 minutes per hour no breathing. If you sleep 7 hours that's 45.5 minutes of no breathing per night.
Try holding your breath for 45 minutes and see how you feel ha ha it might put a little stress on your hart and body -

I simply wont work for a company that requires it, it is not required by the FED. I have walked away from companies that have told me that it was required, maybe buy them but there's lots of jobs.
