In a Rolling Stone interview, on the topic of their iconic rock anthem Sex Farm, Nigel Tufnel once quipped, “it’s not the depth of the furrow, but the length of the row.”

If people learn how a sleep apnea test is scored and how they tell if you have it might not be a big mystery.

You have to stop breathing for 10 seconds or more for it to count as a sleep apnea Event. If you do that 5 time or more per hour. You have sleep apnea. Some people can have 15 or 30 or 60 or 90+ Events of not breathing per hour. So take someone who has 40 EVENTS. That's 40*10 second is 400 second per hour they are not breathing. 400/60 seconds is 6.5 minutes per hour no breathing. If you sleep 7 hours that's 45.5 minutes of no breathing per night.

Try holding your breath for 45 minutes and see how you feel ha ha it might put a little stress on your hart and body

Crete sold me one for $800 that I found online for $400. What a racket. The estimate on the sleep tests is probably low too. It’s from 2015.

I simply wont work for a company that requires it, it is not required by the FED. I have walked away from companies that have told me that it was required, maybe buy them but there's lots of jobs.

A guy I went through Crete orientation with (who was 450 lbs) split when they told him he’d have to use one. He got a new medical card at his new job and they never brought it up. it was forgotten. I’ve still got to use this fukacta device five years later like I’ve got some terminal disease. Of course I could shell out the $5 grand for my own sleep study but it’s a little hard to stomach.

Yeah, you have to leave and not take the study, once you take it it shows because of the questionaire, the med people do not notify DMV, at least they did not with me.

What company do you work for? Would be beneficial to get a portion of my sleep study & CPAP (if necessary) paid for.
