Idaho, Utah, Arizona, Colorado and New Mexico all have some smoke from the western states. Was looking at some satellite and flow models on Sunday. Then went out in it Monday.

    I'm hearing 'no'.
Was gonna say, your biggest problem will be traffic.
I'm headed to Temple, between Waco and Austin. But I don't roll until Sunday, so I think I'll be alright

Maybe I will get blessed again as well. I don't have to be there until the afternoon.

So I'm on the fence to go real early, like 0300, or wait until later.

My reload is the next day going back to the best coast, so I need my hours available to drive.

    I'm so confused.

Bring your swimmies, a flotation device, and a bunch of patience.
    Good luck, Dave.
You know cats don't swim, right?

Hope your not going thru Shreveport tomorrow. Wind gusts up in the 60-70mph range are forecast with Laura. Supposed to stay a tropical storm through most of Arkansas. We have winds forecast to be gusting to 65 mph here tomorrow with 4" to 8" of tain. I 30 near exit 54 will likely have flooding. Y'all be careful if you have to run through this.

Well our ELD crashed company wide today... Doesnt bother me one bit... But I feel sorry for the ladies in compliance that have to try and decipher all the paper logs that the rookies dont have a clue how to fill out correctly.

When I noticed mine was acting up I called safety... He answered the phone...

"Our ELD provider is working on a solution."

Me: "No worries I'll run paper, Email me my logs from today going back 8 days... I WILL make it home tonight."

Safety: "Thank you, my phone has been blowing up for an hour from drivers... What a nightmare."

Me: "LOL... I would run paper all the time if I could get away with it."

Safety: "I wish all our drivers understood logs like you. Your logs have been sent to your email, stay safe... And make your paper look legal."

    Me: "10-4, thanks."
