3 weeks out for $1200-$1400? Not knocking it, but man compared to LTL... That's insane. That's an easy 36 hour week 6.5 hours a night linehaul run.

Lol I personally left to run open deck, remember not everyone has good linehaul options where they live or plain just prefers the open road.

Fortunately trucking allows good drivers with some level of choice still, and overall Magnum was a good company to work for.

    JForce28 Thanks this.

I'm in no way trying to be disrespectful. I know I've been out of OTR for a minute but man the wages.

They have redone the pay package. I don’t know your experience. You get a base pay that you start out at, I’m not sure what that is now. Monthly bonus.
    No CSA points
    Monthly mileage
    No accidents
Under 15 minutes log violations for the month.
    Hazmat endorsement
    Mileage
All are independent of each other up to 9 cents when added.
All I can say is I make 61-62 cents a mile per month but I’ve been here 5 years with my hazmat endorsement

    JForce28 and Winnyf1 Thank this.

So a driver could realistically make 80k+ a year

    Winnyf1 Thanks this.

Yes Aand I take 5-6 days a month off, but you have to be willing to run and make good decisions when taking outbound loads out ND or MN , we are not forced dispatched out of ND and MN you get to pick your loads of those available. Go to good reload areas and not have too much time on them. Takes a while to learn the lanes. But also remember I’ve been here 5 years.
