Anyone here start their driving career after

No, dont know anything about them. I do know they are located over on Meridian Blvd in Franklin.

 

oregongrown, I am 41 years old and I thought I might be one of the oldest in my class when I attended orientation this week but there were several guys (and ladies) that were in their fifties. Anytime is a good time to start a career, as long as you are passionate about it. Good luck!!!

 

Denise, you will definitly scrape by until you complete training, including the companies mentoring. Following that is a crap shoot. There are too many variables to be able to predict. A good attitude couldn't hurt. Even if the pay is bad a good attitude will allow you to see the bright side. The art of clear communication provides a leg up. This industry sucks at communication.

 

Looks like I'll be 50 If I get back on the road. the way the economy is, and I have 3 speeding tickets , (all in '07) that will start to fall off next year.

 

Would you care to here from those that ended their career after 50 ? And then sit around trying to figure out what to do ? There may be more of us than them !!
