Watch out for this company Busuioc Express Inc. USDOT 2422214 MC NUMBER 834357 Located at 1661 ESTATE CIR NAPERVILLE, IL 60565. The crook owners from Moldova his name is Ion Busuioc and finance girl Alla Busuioc are total fraudsters and crooks. I was stupid working by 1099 contract (not as usual employee).
Working now with small claim court to recover my paycheck for 2 weeks and 1000$ deposit. They try to create something like it is your fault any reason not to pay, like bad tires etc. Ion Busuioc even did not send me the latest statement which is total fraud. No response whatsoever. This situation very disappointed me. Never work for Busuioc Express as it always lie about paycheck especially if you leave never return deposit.
Last time called Ion Busuioc and even he couldn’t explain me where is my money and just screamed at me total BS. They just rubber you and know that they won’t have a problem. Hope karma will get them as they stole money from people who did good for them, but they just eager for money, always trying to cheat you.
Also if you work for Busuioc Express be ready to work VERY very hard as they use you as a camel. They cheat DOT as they mess with logbook and the owner pushing you to drive as much as possible. Eventually, I hope, they will have a problems due to this. I refused many times to work this way, but the owner Ion always try to push you early morning and drive like 15-16 hours.
Totally fraud and lier Ion Busuioc and his company. If you read this and want to work for them, please don’t do my mistake as you won’t be able to get your hardworking money. Hope karma WILL pay them back..
Also if you have any advise what to do if company using 2 logbooks? How to report DOT? They just always pushing to drive and don't care about how you will do it! Need to stop this BS.
