That joint is bad. No needles left. Do not run it until you get repaired. Check the others on the shaft closely while you have it out.

Thank you so much. I will change it tommorow. I can’t beleive that some mechanics are saying that u joint is good. Thanks again. Have a blessed day!
Goodysnap Thanks this. -
Many trucks have non-greasable slip-yokes that can seize up. If you have the drive shaft apart, make sure to check the slip yokes to make sure they slide freely.
Hulld, RoadRanger^^ and spsauerland Thank this. -
Like @Goodysnap says, looks like that u-joint has failed. Hard to tell from the picture but there definitely looks like there is an issue with that bottom bearing cup. 2nd @Heavyd's suggestion as well to check the slip yoke once its all apart.

Hey fellas, I’m back here. I have to say thanks to all of you who tried to help and solve my problem. Today i bought U-joint from Volvo which cost me around $200 and took my truck to the shop. The U-joint was bad and also the driveline was stuck, after i left the shop no more vibrations and feeling like the transmission is going out. Here i will post some pictures from both the driveline and u-joint.
Symptoms: vibration, clunking when tried to start, squeiking noise. If some of you truckers have those symptoms it might be u-joint. Don’t doubt just change it. Cheap part can cost you a lot. Thanks again to all of you.
Btw the second pic shows where the driveline was stuck because of some plastic.Attached Files:

Thanks for letting us know what you found! Way too many people get their free advice from here and then never bother to come back.
I can't believe no one at a shop caught that u-joint earlier. It was pretty obvious to many on here that something was not quite right with it just from that one photo you posted.Big John Classic HQ, RoadRanger^^, Heavyd and 3 others Thank this. -
Had the same issue a while back, turns out it was a bad motor mount of all things. I guessed alignment, hub, u joint etc since I ran 10 thru Lousiana. Wont do more than 50 now in some cities Lake Charles is one
RoadRanger^^ Thanks this. -
If powering through those speeds with full throttle, it is much less notable, and often most notable when releasing the accelerated.
it feels like you are driving on uneven pavement and can be felt through the entire cab- floor, seat, steering wheel, side walls and even the hood can be seen vibrating.
since you described the exact unique symptoms of off and on vibration with few second intervals, I want to reach out and see if you have any idea what it could be?
Thank you very much,
Pat -
Last time I experienced a vibration like that was in a pickup truck. Felt like I was drifting on and off a rumble strip repeatedly. Jacked up the front end and the unitized wheel bearings were so shot I could shake the front wheels a good 6" in and out at the top. Can't see why you wouldn't see similar symptoms in a tractor-trailer. Same thing just bigger.
