My favorite saw. MS 180C with a narrow kerf chain and a quick adjust tensioner.

Popped my buddies Merc 150 over labor day. Second time it's blown the powerhead. Blew out both sides running 20mph.
Needless to say we been motor shopping -
My buddy's brand new Stihl was in his shed when his backyard flooded a few years back. Ended up underwater. He saved it but it was hydrolocked. We pulled the spark plug and air filter out and drained the fuel/chain oil out. Propped it up on a bucket so the water would drain out the spark plug hole. Cracked open a beer and relaxed. Dumped some 2 stroke oil down the plug hole, yanked on the cord a few times then stuck it up on the bucket again. Stuck the plug back in, fresh gas, fresh oil, put the dried filter back in and after a couple yanks on the cord it was back in action.
