I have a good Freind who is O/O too, has a nice Dodge dually. It’s “once again” setting with a bad transmission.....

Yep. Should have kept mine too. This is the only vehicle I've ever got new. 2012 leftover, got it April 2013. Drove from FL to Hickory, NC to find a manual trans. When I got the Shaker, needed something to drive around town. I would've kept this dually, but my Gal can't drive stick. Coupled with Lupus, & early onset rheumatoid arthritis I didn't push her to hard to learn. Sold her off easily, even with 240k miles. Some other folks out there still like to change gears themselves too.. ;)

I had a '99 2500 Dodge before the dually. That one was a 47re auto. I toasted that trans ~115k mile I think.? Actually lasted about 6 weeks running around 400hp ~800-850tq through it. :D Those were decent #'s in 2004.. Spent about $6000 having that 47re built by Suncoast. It'd chirp the 2-3 shift after the build. Really a decent trans after someone is willing to spend too much money.. Lol.

Here ya go: Not bad looking, committed (plural), but probably not single haha. But just think if she was as loyal to you as she is to money, you'd have yourself a good woman lol.

Woman uses circular saw to cut off own hand in attempt to commit $1 million insurance fraud. Now she's headed to jail.

Roger at R&L bought a new Dodge in 98 to pull his big camper (gas job). A few trips and the transmission started making a noise when he backed out of his garage. Traded it for a 99 dodge diesel with a 6 spd manual, was a good pulling setup!

My buddy the O/O put big $$ in his transmission last year, backed his trailer in by the barn one evening, next day wouldn’t pull out of its tracks....

Who would have thought that all of those corny movie plots were actually non-fiction all along. We watched and laughed and thought it was just too out there to be believable.

Oh man, that's terrible. Well in full disclosure, I didn't really need a diesel back then. I pulled some small boats, less than 5000lb, mostly around town. Occasional 700 mile round trip to Key West, but again not heavy. I did hook to the sled a handful of times in the work/stock class but never made a full pull..

Mostly empty highway from Palmetto to Stafford, TX. 1000 miles each way once a month. Then 5-6 days a week 80 mile round trip when I worked in Tampa for a few years. Was nice to have a full size truck on 40" rubber that could still knock down 19-20mpg at 80mph.. :D Kinda of a useless, I'm 20yrs old waste my money kind of truck..

I'm understanding from the article that they re-attached it, even though she had already shopped and probably picked out a new designer prosthetic.

Read on FJ. They reattached it, even after the hand was purposely left at the scene to try to prevent the hand from being sewn back on!!

Nut bags!!! I like money too, but wow..
The lengths some people are willing to go. If they put half that time & energy into something useful.. o_O
