Took a expand nut and shoved in the hole. It opens up like fingers as you tighten it down. When i get the new brackets I'm gonna have to do a little fiberglass repair and touch up painting. And pull headliner down. This will get me by till then since I gotta work monday.

Of course after I bought it the first thing I had to do was get the flash suppressor swapped out for one with the bayonet lug on it. Not that I ever intend to fix bayonets, but no rifle of mine will ever have anything left over from the Clinton era AWB on it. -
