    No, law is wipers on headlights must be on. Cruise is not recommended in snow and rain along with engine brake (common sense isn't so common anymore).

    On my 579 I could turn off the HOWO in the dashboard settings.

    I didn't even realize that was happening until one day in the daytime during a shower I noticed the dash lights go dim when I turned on the wipers.
