Speeding in parking lots!

Well I look at this way, if they're gonna come flying thru the lot and then try to cut behind me as I am backing into a spot then I have the right to make them wait as long as possible. Maybe they would get it thru their thick headed skulls that they should SLOW DOWN!!!

 

And lets not forget the fuel island. I don't know how many times I have witnessed some screw ball flying through the fuel island so they can park and waddle inside to spend a half hour.

 

its the same reason you have drivers with enough running lights on their truck, they need a permit and their own portable power station. Its the same reason drivers blow $1000 a month on chrome. (i didn't know you could chrome the rubber trim around every window) Its the same reason drivers blow another $1000 into a CB so they can talk back in time to the apollo astronauts that were going to the moon. (what do you think really caused the apollo 13 screw up) Its the same reason said driver with $1,000 raido has to have his talkback cranked up to full power, and use that stupid 'roger-beep'. Its the same reason drivers buy a $80 noice/voice changing microphone.

that reason is that whichever one of their divorced parents they had to live with when they were 5 didnt pay enough attention to them. So they have to make up for the lack of attention by bringing as much onto them now as they possibly can to make them feel like they're a "somebody".

 

I thought maybe they was in a hurry to play the cherry machines

 

Thanks, blackw900, you're correct. The amount of money spent on the truck does not correspond to speeding in the parking lot. Although I'm not sure about the generalization you made regarding truck type or trucker weight. I'm seein' all types and sizes.

Come on parking lot speeders, lets hear from you...so far it's just been from us non-speeders.

excruse me bodarville01'it seems that some how you have to put down drivers that spens hard earned money on things that they like'i got my own truck so i can drop that much on a crome shop or cb radio' and the dumb azzes that drive thru the parking lots and as much smarts and have to look cool.. so drivers go and spend the money on anything you want to.

 

it dont...but then again, drivers with a billion lights on their truck, a huge radio, drivers who have to drive in parking lots with their jake brake on, and the ones who speed, are all drivers with the super-trucker/"look at me...i'm somebody" attitude. they might not admit it outwardly, but deep down, subconsciously. or maybe its the frueduian idea about the male preoccupation with 'size'. kinda what they say about guys who go out and buy corvettes....

 

Seems like you want to make this about everything else except the subject at hand, therefore you must be one of the ones bring called out.
