I've thought of having a TTR hill climbing event.

It will be held in Austin Nevada.

The OM has authorized the first 30 and sandwich 230 miles into the trip.

    Mpg so far is 8.4.

No DH, but 6.4 OM miles. OM miles are the distance from the yard to the house and back to pick up The OM.

Our water in Detroit area has a very strong Chlorine smell. Worse than ever. Can’t be healthy. I never noticed, till I lived on city well water . Had my own well at last house. 100 ft deep. Hard water, but good and pure. Keeping salt in the softener was a pita. I guess there’s systems that don’t use salt. That’d be the way to go. The area around Hammond La. has some good water. They’re on a Artesian well. Whatever that is. Lol. Kentwood water is not far away. Good soft water. Must be why the Blue Beacon there is so good. Soft rinse, no streaks.

I’d like to run out west, never have. Now with new engine overhaul, and radiator. I think my old Truck could handle it. I think I’ll avoid the snow season though. Just don’t want to break down in the middle of nowhere, would be nice to get out of the eastern rat race for a change.

I've helped my father with quite a bit of it in their house. He owns one of those hammer driven staplers.

The first 12 inches or so out from the wall have to be nailed with a hammer before you have enough room to get the stapler on the tongue of a board.

That’s the hardest part, after carrying it all in.

Well I’ve procrastinated about all I can. I’m sore from working on the Trailer floor yesterday. Got 14 holes left to drill, and screw. Lot of work for such a small 11 sq ft. area. A little work on the doors, and 4 new brake chambers, and the Trailers good for awhile. Back to working on the Truck.
