Effective October 1st, 2020. Raised CPM, Lowered Monthly mileage bonus. Much better in my opinion. No longer chasing the monthly $.06 bonus. Although I hit the bonus 3 out of 6 months, I needed to run my ### off for the entire month to do it. Cpm is now more in line with the industry. I am very happy with DHT, glad I made the move 6 months ago. Screenshot_20201001-090303.png

I should think at 3 years or more experience, the PPM should be at least 50 cents a mile. And their Mileage bonus should be lower at 1-2 cents per mile.

Good luck! Are you a new CDL Grad or experienced driver? I am very happy at DHT. Great Lanes, lots of 1500+ mile runs. I rarely get loads under 500 miles. Those are usually a load that has been T Called at one of the drop yards to get a driver home.

    Rocks Thanks this.

I agree. I recently read where Schneider has increased Team pay. Once the MEGAS increase their pay, the smaller companies usually follow suit in order to retain drivers. There is also a $.01 cpm per quarter safety bonus and an additional $.01 annually if you hit all 4 quarters. Also, $.01 CPM if you have a Hazmat endorsement. I have hauled one hazmat load in 6 months.

I am fresh Meat right out of school. Did it here locally, paid up front. Head to El Paso next weekend start on 12th.

Do you pass thru Tucson much during normal driving or only to get back to Nogales after a few weeks?

I-10 is one of our main lanes. In 6 months I have been able to take 2- 34's. Also, during the Covid crap earlier this year, I picked up a load in El Paso on Thursday before Memorial day that didn't deliver in SoCal until the following Monday. Parked at the TTT and got 3 1/2 days at home. I usually stay on the road for about 10 weeks and come home for 10-12 days. Park at the Nogales Terminal and have someone pick me up, then take me back when my Hometime is up.

    Rocks Thanks this.

Nice, not sure if I can swing 10 weeks, 4-6 will be my goal. Ok I know where TTT is, in fact a DHT driver was there parked on side of the road taking a 30 min break I imagine when I was checking out the parking situation.

All the truck parking is on opposite side of town of from me. But we plan on moving to different area next summer.
    ( of Tucson )

Do you have any runs thru Houston? I heard that lane mainly comes out of Laredo..
