There are several pieces west of Blackfoot that have been on the market for a long time... But most dont have any water rights, so no good for "Back Yard Farming"... But manybof them would be good for house, shop, trucks and plenty of room to move about.

My truck is named "Mable" after my grandma on my mom's side. I talk to her daily. Brand new. Gonna try to do this one right and figure out how to get a million miles out of these monstrosities. I think I can do it. Just gonna take a little sweet talking and home cooking. Plus, I have grandma on my side.

What does "no water rights" mean? You can't get a well drilled?

You might want to re-think Idaho. It's like the 2nd or 3rd fastest growing state, and home prices are going through the roof. My nephew and his wife just bought a new tract home in a suburb of Boise and had to pay almost $500k for it. Plus a lot of the people moving there are from San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. It doesn't take a genius to figure out what that means in the long term for the state.

Thats what im looking for , just a place to park the truck and get all my tools up here from my house in az, so i dont have to wrench in piss soaked parking lots.. Everywhere in montana wants 75k and up just for an acre of land with no utilities on it ... absolutely insane
