Good afternoon, I am currently using Tenstreet which was a major upgrade from the previous company we used but it has its draw backs like its impossible to talk to someone on phone when you need technical support, email responses can take several days, everything requires and "integration" etc many of which are costly and lots of paperwork, and the overall programming code used to create the platform makes it difficult for them to make minor tweaks that could really boost the overall QOL, do you guys have any alternatives that you could recommend? I'm looking for an all in one that can do everything from Applications, Clearinghouse auth's/checks, psp's, drug consortium, automated DQF maintenance, preferably a company that has an app as well allowing drivers to sign forms etc is a huge help

We don't outsource anything. Why depend on someone else to do what really takes very little time over a month. Any decent TMS system will integrate all compliance requirements plus anything else you can think of.

    062 Thanks this.

We get 8-10 requests each week from tenstreet for past employment for drivers that have never worked for us. Maybe they charge for each past employment check? LOL

thats because the the hiring carrier that is requesting them is being lazy by choosing a company that is already in the tenstreet database that has the same name or similar name to yours, they should be cross referencing address in application before hand.

Definitely not looking to rely on another company which is why we migrated to tenstree to begin with. With tenstreet you still do all the footwork but things out of DQF's like drug consortium and MVR require pricey integrations etc. This is more about an all in one digital solution under one roof with the flexibility for drivers to sign things over the road hence the preference for an app, the tenstreet app is very convenient in that aspect

Have paid for a lot of "tweaks" to our TMS to either start there or data to end up there. As for prospective drivers/oo's, have always talked/messaged and felt comfortable before running anything. Guess it would depend more on hiring practices.

My local MRO was purchased by DISA [drug intervention services of america] and they have added a service too. can't vouch for it but the DRUG and ALCOHOL side is current and works very well, so far, been a couple months...
