Well congrats to 1bad on his new job. Did he get it thru his friend in Ft. Worth? Hope all works out well for ya'll. I'm sure you'll have no problem with starting a new life down there. Texans are even crazy about sports so it ought to be right up your daughters alley also.

As for hanging around on this thread, well heck, they let me hang here!!!!

 

Got my preplan for going home. Picking up beer at the Busch place in Cartersville, Ga going to Waco. Kind of a strange rt to get to OKC, eh?

Hope this time its the real thing instead of that near beer I've picked up the last 2 times. Jess, this would be a great load for finally having that BBQ. lol What a party we could have before I went to jail for theft. hahahahahahahahahahahaha

 

Give us a ring when you get close and maybe we can have a meal somewhere together.

 

We'll see what happens but no promises in this business. If my driver directions are correct, theres a Pilot off of I-285 xt 16 that I might be at for a few hrs. Hoping I can get both drops off in the AM and head to Cartersville before my hrs run out.

Whomever did the scheduling for this particular trip, needs to be shot, then hung, drawn and quartered, body burned, and the ashes dumped in the nearest outhouse!!!!! Just my opinion of course.

 

According to the class ahead of us and the main instructor Glenn we will be out on the yard this friday. Tonight Im studying the Ca CDL workbook and reviewing the study guide that we received. I will shoot you a PM later on tonight, let me know when your bus arrives. Get your blood pressure checked prior to coming.

The class in fontana started off with 10 class member and we are down to 9 due to medical issues. My philosophy is to take this class on day at a time.

So how is life on the road so far? Our class met some folks that were here in town to upgrade, and boy oh boy do those turkeys smell something fierce. How can you live without taking a regular shower?
