c.r.s.t is constently changeing the hand book since i have been here they changed trainee pay scale , lay-over pay, city pay, and home time policy
i am a male driver there is not many females with this company but there are some i sat alot on my training time and i here alot do if your trying to shower every other day good luck we get one every 3 to 4 days but we are running alot of miles back to the handbook you are suppose to get home the day before your hometime starts wich i have except this last one i got home a day late but i get an extra day off if you keep your dispatcher happy
you should have a good experince but there directions to some shippers are way off but they simplfy how your route will be and fuel stops but they do complain about idle time other then that no other complaints![]()

It looks like Cedar Rapids is the best terminal. I don't think the rest of them will be like that.
I hope I don't sit during training... I am getting only 22cpm I want to run... I am giving up more on unemployment then working.. I have to find a job before my benefits run out. All local jobs are requiring experience and there is no other way to get it....
So I thought CRST would be better than Werner and I couldn't get in to Roehle which was my first choice.
So keep the advice coming..... I really appreciate it -
well i run betwnn 5000 and 6000 a week but i am on my third partner my first one sucked my second was o.k but my third one is better where always early and gett along good now if your only getting paid 22cpm you will be struggling to make money the first six months suck cause you barely makeing any money maybe only a couple hundred a week
i hardly ran any during training my first co-driver could not drive at night so he made us late alot so i got a better co-driver if your getting enough miles and your not late to should do o.k but the moment your late expect to sit but you sjould be o.k once on air-frieght you will stay busy i make .33cpm and am finally takeing some good money home
make sure you buy a fridge you will save money but the company is o.k i had a bad start but in the end its working out but they tell you where to go and how to get there and where to fuell good luckjudith1962 Thanks this. -

I want to run hard and yess The money is a problem at first. I make more on unemployment then I will driving... but my benefits are gonna run out. I have to make a choice.... -

be patient look around companies like that do not care nothing about you look for a small company to work for they are out there
-
I drove dedicated for them and it wasn't too bad. I was home 2 days a week and grossed $980 per week. It was teams and R&L dedicated.
