Yes, that is how it supposed to be, however you did not raise your kids in a situation like we have going on right now. Before this whole pandemic started, I have never heard a kid crying in the background when talking to a broker.

I mean, on the one hand, I get it. There's been plenty of times I've been on the line with a dispatcher that has a child crying in the background and it can be distracting. On the other hand, I've been very fortunate that I've been able to work from the office during the 'Rona thing. Even still, some days I get calls after hours on my cell phone. My little guy is a chatterbox, and sometimes my customers or carriers get to hear him yammering in the background. Especially if we're in the car. So, I can see and sympathize with both sides of the argument. Having my own kid has made me a little bit more patient in those other situations.

those parents ought to buy a "few" rolls.
seriously, the parent(s) need to be in control, otherwise, they will have out of control teens.
don't really matter the time we are gong thru or not, it's all about controlling the situation.
let the kids get out of control, and you never get it back.Dale thompson, D.Tibbitt and JonJon78 Thank this. -

In this same gereeal idea. My wife had a Zoom meeting with several of her colleagues and her boss. The meeting was interrupted several time by the boss yelling "STOP IT" several times, pretty much annoying everyone in the meeting. Finally someone had the courage to ask the boss who she was yelling at and why. The answer, " The dog was licking her hoo-haw too loudly, I couldn't hear what anybody was saying!!"
