    I JUST THROWING THIS IN
    I WENT TO SWIFT TRANS SCHOOL GRADUATED GOT MY CDL AND
    WHEN TO ORENTATION AND WAS TOLD I WAS DISQUALIFIED
    CAUSE I HAD A DRIVING WITHOUT LISCENCE(left at home)
    AND A RED LIGHT TICKET
    WHAT COMPANY COULD I GOTO AND START DRIVING WITH
    CAUSE I OWE SWIFT 4,400 I DON'T WON'T TO OWE NOBODY ELSE
    I JUST WANT TO DRIVE

    (MATTER OF FACT WHAT YOU YOU DO ????)

    You had a ticket for not having your license on you and running a red light before you went to swift? You should have told them up front before you went, then you wouldnt owe them money.Or did this happen after you went to swift? Either way you need to be upfront about this to any prospective employer or you will get disqualified.

    I was thinking basically the same thing.
    I was actually wondering if you had forgotten to tell them about it.
    But I do know some company's do not pull records till you are at Orientation.
    Though I would think there school would have, I know Centrals did.
    You are basically going to have to go thru the same type of company you tried. So you will have to try Werner, Stevens and maybe Schneider.

    Doesn't sound like you (chip off the old block) have a whole lot of maturity. At some point, you have to lose the "teeny bopper" mentality and grow up. Driving your car around without your drivers license on you and then running a red light is just a little dumb. Then you "forget" to mention this to a prospective employer. Being an adult requires maturity and being in the trucking industry is serious business. Don't mean to come down on you too hard, but it's the cold, hard truth. :sign3:

    I was they ran 2 background reports 1 before i got there and 1 as soon as i got there and the third one at orentation said i have a driving without licsence
    besides that what done is done can't do nothing but move forwards
    what advantages can i take since i have my class a cdl ????

    You will have to find a company that will have an allowance for either 1 or maybe 2 traffic tickets, especially what you got busted for, keep looking they are out there.

    Re: CRST, use the search function at the top of the page and do your due diligence. Based on what I'm reading so far, CRST doesn't look to good in my opinion. Keep looking. Don't jump from the frying pan into the fire.

    And for goodness sake, you MUST be upfront and honest with every company about everything. They'll disqualify you in a skinny minute with no regrets.:yes2557:
