    anyone drive for hei before out of souix city iowa?sounds like a smaller company,which i like but really never heard of em.thats probably a good thing .any info would be helpful

    Had to chuckle...the first couple of times I saw those trucks with that logo, I also thought it was "Hei" with an exclamation point after it!

    no its h.e.i. they have a corporate office down here in scottsdale but all their freight comes out of sioux city iowa.they run mostly reefer with some dry van.Spoke with the owner sounds like a smaller outfit which is fine with me.I'm use to running for mom n pop plces where thy know your name.

    Do not work for this guy,he is the biggest theif I ever met.This guy stole more money from me than I made.Runs out of LeMars Iowa.Hauls for Schuster which is not a bad outfit.If you can go to Schuster and not this theif.He has more drivers wanting to meet up with him in a dark truckstop to take care of business than I can count.

    I had nothing but great luck working for him! He's a good guy if you treat him fairly too. H E I hauls mostly out of Le Mars, IA. He treated me fair and long as I did my job we got along just fine. Never had trouble with pay. Always got home when I wanted. Equipment kept up real good. When I did run into a problem one time, he backed me up and found out it was a dispatch problem, not me. I would go back to work for him again if I could get my medical card back.
