Brokers shouldn’t exist. If they have to exist (and they don’t) print on the BOL what the load pays and who is getting what. No different than truth in lending when you get a loan or mortgage. Let’s expose brokers for what they are. In a perfect world no company drivers would exist at all. That way everyone has skin in the game. Either all trucks must be O/Os or companies can’t own more than 10 tractors or trailers. All loads must be hauled by the person who contracted to haul it. No brokering allowed. So ABC Inc hires me to haul XYZ I have to haul it and I can’t broker it. No middle men. You’re welcome I just fixed trucking for everyone.
John was a member on here about 5 years ago. Fleet to Farm. He was a broker that went bankrupt(Or out of business) and failed to pay the driver's for the loads. Look it up, the conversation on here from several driver's was this guy was a total crook. He was a bit of a jerk from what I remember
