I forget. It was right next to the TCC. Was only open for a few months. The building has probably been a dozen restaurants, most Mexican restaurants.

I also miss the restaurant at the northeast corner of Alvernon and Broadway. Best mac and cheese I've ever eaten.

obviously you weren’t the executive chef of the number 1 anything. If you were, you’d be making more than you would at a trucking company that will take anyone with a pulse.

LinkedIn’s headquarters is a line cook position. Heating up food service company’s bagged food. That’s a far cry from an “executive chef” position at “the number 1 winery in the country”. The point is, this guy wasn’t an “executive chef” anywhere. Sure, he may have called himself that because he ordered the food and scheduled the line cooks- but trust me, a properly trained “executive chef” at the number 1 winery in the country is making more than a rookie mega trucker.
