I wondered if OH-7 was good road since that looked like an alternative.

It's fine. It adds like 7 minutes to the trip, but the roads are much more truck-friendly than US-22. Plus there's a brand new Pilot in Steubenville.

The trick is that there isn't an actual exit to get from I-70 to OH-7 or vice versa. If you stay on 70 all the way to OH-7, you'll have to cut through some very sharp streets through the middle of Bridgeport to get from one to the other. Same is true going the other way.

On the other hand, there is an easy exit from I-470 to OH-7 (and vice versa). So take that route instead.

Plus you get to drive by the nuclear power plant, so there's always a chance of getting superpowers.

Or if there’s a leak, you’ll glow in the dark or worse yet, never mind.

when it’s set for 71 and you mash on it to keep your speed at 71 up a hill or passing, it brings it down to 68. Also, in order to bring it back up to 71, it needs a clear path of 1/4 mile in front of you to get back up to 71. I’ve put 47K on my 21xx and I can honestly say, this sucks.

Also, the new tread design in the drive tires are horrible in snow.

Yeah thanks man,if abilene doesn't tighten up a little,I might not make it to a 1000 lol.

Saw they had new freightliners at the yard, looks like they went away from the chrome front, cutting costs I guess.

jarhead0311, Lonesome and JohnBoy Thank this.

In my KW, if I'm at 71 and I hit the brakes, and then I click "resume" or whatever to turn the cruise back on, it doesn't accelerate back to 71 right away.

However, if I hold down the button that increases cruise speed, it accelerates back up to 71 right away.

Didn't realize that was an intended feature.

    Lonesome Thanks this.

Google earth fooled me. Typed in the address for the savannah yard and it pinned the big warehouse behind the yard. That was why I had asked which way to get in, thought Abilene bought the warehouse according to google, lol! Dropped my reefer there and hooked a dry load and dropped in wytheville and doing a reset being I only have 7.5 hours left til wed. Betting I get more gatorade, lol!
