Just curious.. is a tow truck operator towing a hazmat load exempt from hazmat requirements? IE: is the tow truck driver required to have a hazmat endorsement?

I almost posted here on TTR but decided not too. Turns out the tow truck damaged the truck as well: the cab extender is cringled now. Smh.

Geez man when it rains it pours . I ran 5 trucks in the moving business some years ago and with out fail every other week or seemed like hell with trucks and drivers .TallJoe, PPLC and Midwest Trucker Thank this.
