whoa, hold on there, sport! you need to understand that they don't WANT someone good! have you read any of the threads concerning "fleece options?" they don't want a driver who can read or write or spell or do math. if they did, they'd quickly figure out that working 90 hours a week for $700 isn't the big money they thought they were going to make when they left that awful $18 an hour factory job. they WANT someone dumb as a brick, in financial trouble who they can jerk around and not have to worry about their fighting back.

now those that complain about the pickey company consider what they have to choose from, if you look like you live under a bridge you can bet there going to be picly and pick right on buy you , and that seems like the current thing each driver see how bad you can look not to mention how you act, wold you hire you if it was your company? i think not.
right now there is an over abundent supply of drivers and those that dont have any pride usally wind up on the back burner and if they look worse the get worse .
but all those that look and act like that seem to whine the worse i wonder why.
a lot just need to grow up a lot . it is said the average new driver last about 1 year in this business and i believe it , this business is not a game to play in your leisure time and trucks contrary to popular beliefe are not toys that make a funny noise. its a #### business and a profesion, a career that can be rewarding but not the way the new breed today are going. just wont work.
the next time you look for a job might leave your sweat pants and your shorts and your sandels at home i dont think anyone will hire you looking like that , o and get a #### haircut and shave at least a neat trim nobody will hire a #### wherwolf either.
best of luck to all of you .-----southernpride -
