    Here is another one
    @kylefitzy
    Passenger side was secured with 2 chains on top corners and one more chain to prevent sliding forward at the bottom

    That’s the way it should be. So much of the machinery I’ve hauled they want to only let you secure by putting straps over the pallet or hook chains to the very bottom of the base. 3B777F7A-811B-4E43-9ED6-A07BC9DF0B61.jpeg D0CCAC9A-6973-4A91-946E-D82B28FD8540.jpeg

    Ive learned something this week. Im not really a fan of curtainside vans. 20201027_194634~2.jpg 20201029_014642~2.jpg 20201029_032220.jpg

    After we finished of the liftgates we couldn't get delivered till Monday. We got us a Coil, picked up a new curtainside van straight from the place that puts on the curtains. Delivered that to the terminal, grabbed another one in the terminal that was Preloaded and badly secured. Slid the sides back, fixed that (load of shingles.)

    Now we are headed west with it to one of the dedicated accounts.

    I prefer curtainsides over conestogas at this point...... but I’m hauling a rather niche based freight.
